Total hours per person are displayed alongside their contracted hours, along with any variance, so that managers can see at a glance who is below or over their hours for each roster period. The manager can also look at the year to date figure if the hours need to be evened out over a longer period.

Yes. Time owing and time taken are stored, along with details of when the time was worked or taken. Staff can check their own balance via Self Service, and the information for all staff is available in Roster Management, both by roster period and cumulatively.
